She will work closely with Arshad Bhatti, founder and CEO of Apex Airspace, and will be responsible for securing and executing the developer’s pipeline.

Phillippa has worked in the real estate sector for over two decades, delivering projects within the residential, industrial, leisure, student, office, and mixed-use sectors.

She joins Apex Airspace from Kier Group, where she worked as group strategy and corporate development director and chief transformation officer.

Prior to this, she was managing director (south) at Kier Property Developments, where she oversaw the delivery of real estate projects across all sectors.
